MT Culture Lab: The work

Empowering culture, heritage justice and enterprise – from roots to revenue!

With over 24 years of hands-on experience across Africa’s culture, heritage, museum, and creative enterprise landscapes, I’ve partnered with institutions like UNESCO-Germany, ICCROM, and the National Museums of Kenya’s of Kenya British Council Heritage Fund project to shape culture in ways that matter. From grassroots-led community forums to high-level policy and strategy design, my consultancy work is rooted in heritage justice and guided by the ethos of ethical cultural engagement. I’ve built capacity, mentored future leaders, championed youth enterprise, and facilitated international collaborations. Every assignment is a chance to turn cultural knowledge into power—from roots to revenue.
